​Several members of the ISOTOPICS consortium attended the 13th International Symposium on the Synthesis and Applications of Isotopes and Isotopically Labelled Compounds (IIS2018) held on June 3rd–7th 2018 in Prague (Czech Republic). See programm here. On Monday June 4th, Dr. Christophe Dugave (Project Coordinator) presented a flash-talk during the "Poster Appetizer Session" to introduce his poster (and also all the oral communications presented during the meeting). - On Tuesday June 5th,  Malvika Sardana (ESR14 – AstraZeneca) gave an oral communication, entitled "Visible Light Enabled Carbonylation of Alkyl Iodides", during the Session 2: Synthesis and application of compounds labelled by 14C.

- On Wednesday June 6th, during the session 1: Synthesis and application of compounds labelled by Tritium, Dr. Gregory Pieters (Tritium Labeling Laboratory Team Leader at CEA) was invited to give a lecture about "Hydrogen Isotope Exchanges Catalyzed by Ruthenium Nanocatalysts" and the ESR Alberto Palazzolo (ESR2 – CEA) presented an oral communication entitled "the Late Stage Deuterium and Tritium Labelling of Nucleobases Catalyzed by Ruthenium Nanoparticles"

- On Thursday June 7th, Mégane Valero (ESR15 – SANOFI), Antonio Del Vecchio (ESR3 – CEA) and Gianluca Destro (ES4 – CEA) gave oral communications as « Awardees of Journal of Labelled Compounds & Radiopharmaceuticals Award for Junior Scientists » during the Plenary Lecture 8.

Finally, Viktor Pfeifer (ESR1 – CEA) presented his work with an oral communication in  the last part of the session 1: Synthesis and application of compounds labelled by Tritium.
